Rex Jonnard Aguilar

Rex has more than ten (10) years of combined work experience in both academic and corporate settings. He also gained experience in human resources, and outsourcing firms. His prior roles as a teacher and historian, HR practitioner and entrepreneurship molded his capacity to work under pressure and resolve complicated issues on the spot. A natural born leader, Rex has great negotiation skills but still places high value on good work ethics and professionalism.

He obtained his Masters Degree in Industrial Relations, HRD at the University of the Philippines. He is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education Major in History and Social Studies.
